FORMA presents works by Czech and Central European artists who ask questions rather than offer answers. Each exhibition is carefully curated as a whole.

FORMA was founded in 2012 as a reaction to the commercialization of the Prague exhibition scene. Founder Jan Forma wanted a space where art doesn't have to be acceptable — just truthful.
Today we represent 23 artists from the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland and Hungary. Each year we hold 6 exhibitions, 4 public curator talks and 12 workshops for the public.
Mgr. Tereza Malá will guide you through the exhibition Traces Without an Author. The tour lasts 75 minutes. Capacity: 14 people.
Practical workshop for beginners. We will work with your own data from your phone. Bring a laptop.
Preview of new acquisitions before the autumn season. With live music and conversations with artists. Free admission.
Tickets can be purchased online or at the gallery box office. Members of the FORMA Club program have free entry to all exhibitions.
