FAQ

Will every stain come out?

Tell us what caused it — wine, ink, grease. Fresh stains usually lift; old or home-treated ones may not, and no honest cleaner promises 100 %.

What about buttons and embellishments?

We remove or wrap delicate buttons and trims before cleaning, and flag any risky fashion details to you at intake.

When will it be ready?

Standard is 2–3 working days; express 24 h (+50 %) or same-day (+100 %); leather, gowns and carpets take 5–10 days.

Do you deliver?

Yes — free delivery on orders over $37, otherwise $4.1 per run, with SMS-confirmed time windows.
