We fold, sew on cords, round the spine and cover with leather. We repair old books, bind new ones to measure — and marble the endpapers by hand.
Not by machine and all at once, but sheet by sheet and by hand — so that the book lasts for generations.
Sheets are folded into signatures and hand-sewn onto cords with needle and thread. A solid book block is created.

The spine is rounded, reinforced with gauze, and a headband is sewn at the head and tail — reinforcement and decoration.

Cardboard blanks are covered with cloth, paper, or leather. The endpaper connects the block to the boards.

The title is impressed with heated tools through gold foil onto the spine and boards. Blind tooling and gilding.

Paper is created by dipping in colors spread on the surface of a size bath. Each sheet is different — therefore it is suitable for endpapers, where each book should be one of a kind.

Do you have a book to repair, a work to bind, or do you want a chronicle?
