From ripe plums from a single orchard. Slow fermentation, double distillation in a copper still and time for the fruit to become aroma.
We are not a factory. We distill from fruit from our own orchard and for growers from the area, using one copper pot and a recipe that hasn't changed in thirty years.
Ripe fruit, slow fermentation, double distillation, manual cutting and time for aging. No shortcuts for yield — just flavor you'll recognize.
Yeast works in the mash. Six to eight weeks at a constant ~15 °C — slower is better. Sugar turns into alcohol and aroma.
The fermented mash goes into the copper still. Heated alcohol rises, condenses back into a trickle through the coil cooler. We distill twice.
We separate the heads and tails from the stream — only the pure heart remains. This decides the taste and what is drinkable.
The distillate rests in glass or a barrel. Sharpness softens, aroma develops. Time makes the best slivovitz.

Made from durancian plums — the heart of our distillery. Dried plum, almond from the pit, long clean finish.
From fully ripe Williams pears. Juicy pear in pure form, delicate and fragrant.
From apricots of Slovácko region. Buttery, floral, with kernel notes. Small seasonal batches.
From dark cherries. Fruity and round, with a subtle bitterness from the pit.
Do you have your own orchard and mash? We'll distill it for you as a grower — up to your legal limit with a lower excise tax. We'll advise on preparation and timing. The season runs from autumn to spring.

One family, one copper still and an orchard behind the house.
We started distilling for ourselves and the neighbors. The recipe hasn't changed — ripe fruit, slow fermentation, double distillation and time. We don't chase liters, we chase flavor. We taste and cut each batch by hand.
Specify the volume and type of mash, or ask for a bottle from our batch. We will get back to you within two days.
