We model rosettes, draw cornices and restore stucco decoration of old Prague houses. Each piece is created by hand in the studio — not from a catalog.
Craft
From a lump of clay to a finished decoration.
Stucco work is a slow craft. Before an ornament settles on the ceiling, it passes through clay, mold, and file — and each time through a hand that knows where to subtract and where to add.
We work with what lasts for centuries: lime mortar, plaster, and patience. We draw new designs according to historical profiles, and we trace damaged pieces from preserved fragments. No shortcuts via plastic trim from the hardware store.

Beforeloha & návrh
Based on an old photograph, drawing, or preserved fragment, we draw the ornament profile and refine the shape. Nothing is cast until the template fits.

Modeling in clay
First, we model the ornament in clay or wax. This is where it is decided whether the acanthus leaf will come to life or remain flat.

Mold & Cast
We cast clean copies from a plaster or silicone mold. Longer cornices are drawn with a metal template directly on site.

Installation & Retouching
We assemble the parts, fill the joints and remodel the transitions so that the decoration appears as a single cast piece — not as a patchwork of tiles.

Restoration
We restore life to damaged stucco.
We work with conservationists and owners of tenement houses. We supplement missing pieces based on preserved parts, remove dozens of layers of paint, and stabilize loose plaster — using materials compatible with the original masonry.
