Each of us carries stories that need to be heard. Not fixed, not changed — just heard, with all their complexity and contradictions. Psychotherapy is not a manual for repair. It is a space where you allow yourself to be yourself, without performance and without defense.
I work using integrative psychotherapy with elements of gestalt, focused on experience in the present moment. We don't just discuss the past — we observe what is happening now, how you react, what you feel in your body, what you say with words and tone.
I work with adults and young adults. I have experience with topics such as relationships, anxiety, burnout, grief, low self-esteem, and that vague feeling that "something is wrong" — even when it's not clear what.
