Renovation
Apartment, house, bathroom core or just one room. We demolish, build new partitions, fill in and hand over the space ready for living.
02 — foundation of the craft
Bricklaying
Load-bearing walls, partitions, chimneys and vaults. Brick, aerated concrete, blocks — we lay straight, in bond and according to the project.

Plasters
Interior and facade. Base coats, stucco and machine-applied. Straight walls that hold paint and cladding.

Fences & walls
Foundations, brick pillars, retaining and garden walls. A base that lasts and looks good even from the street.
05 — from scratch
Rough construction
Foundations, vertical and horizontal structures, ceiling and preparation for the roof frame. We build the house to a state where it can be roofed.

Inspection and budget
We will come to take a look, measure and advise on materials. Within a few days, we will send an itemized budget — free of charge and without obligation.

Preparation and agreement
We agree on a date, arrange materials and scaffolding, and tell you what we need from you. You know in advance when we start and what will be completed.

Construction work
We build walls, plaster, and pour concrete. We keep the agreed pace, maintain the construction site in order, and regularly send you photos from the site.
04
Handover and cleaning
We will remove the rubble, clean up after ourselves and hand over the finished work. We give a guarantee and will not disappear when a detail needs to be fine-tuned.
