Pallino ice cream parlor was founded by the Novák family after returning from Florence, where Marco Novák spent three years as a gelatiere in the historic city center. He brought back not only recipes but an entire philosophy.

Every morning at 6:00 we start making fresh flavor bases. The cream comes from Zelený mlýn farm in Polabí, fruit is purchased from local growers.
