Split the art
Your design is broken into spot colours — one film, one screen per colour.
Burn the screen
UV light hardens emulsion around the design; the rest washes out as a stencil.
Pull the ink
The squeegee drives ink through the mesh — colour by colour, flash-cured between.
Bake it on
160 °C through the tunnel and the print outlives the garment. That is the point.

Setup is per colour and per screen — so the more you print, the cheaper each piece gets. All prices with your garment; ask for ours.
