By completing the purchase and starting the download, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you thereby lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content (Sec. 1837 of the Czech Civil Code / Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU).
Faulty files
If a file is corrupted, won’t download, or materially differs from its description, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days and we will fix it or refund you.
