The Seller sells digital products (website templates, browser-based tools and digital packs) and optional customization services. Products are delivered electronically; nothing is shipped physically.
3. Order & contract
A purchase contract is concluded upon confirmation of your order and successful payment. Prices are shown in EUR and are final at checkout.
4. Payment
Payments are processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe). The Seller does not store your card details.
5. Delivery
Digital products are delivered immediately after payment via a secure download link shown on screen and sent by e-mail. Customization services are delivered within the timeframe stated for the chosen package.
6. Licence
Each purchase grants a non-exclusive licence to use the product for the buyer’s own personal and commercial projects. Reselling or redistributing the files as-is is not permitted. See each product’s licence file for details.
7. Liability
Products are provided „as is“. To the extent permitted by law, the Seller is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the products.
